Tucked into a quiet corner of a beloved North Wales seaside resort, it is the ultimate accommodation with direct beach access.
Bedroom 1
A light and bright entrance hallway leads off to several bedrooms, the first being a comfortable king room with sea views and storage furniture.
Bedroom 2
Opposite bedroom one, bedroom two is an airy and inviting double bedroom with those same stunning sea views and decorative vintage furniture, including an armoire and dressing table.
Bedroom 3
To the rear of the ground floor, a contemporary twin room looks out onto a spacious back lawn. A chest of drawers and a single wardrobe provide plenty of storage space for clothes and possessions.
Bathroom
A modern downstairs bathroom features a walk-in shower, WC and basin. Adjacent to the bathroom, you’ll also find a utility space with a washing machine.
Family Bathroom
On the first floor, a family bathroom features a bath with a shower over, loo and basin.
Kitchen diner
The kitchen is a gloriously spacious affair with a large dining table that looks out over the sea. Contemporary and well-equipped, the kitchen boasts a dishwasher, electric oven and hob, Belfast sink, microwave, toaster and kettle.
Sitting Room
Sporting a statement vaulted ceiling and an inviting gas fire in the style of a log burner, the large sitting room is a welcoming space with two sofas, two armchairs and show-stopping sea views, along with a TV and wifi.
To the rear of the house, you’ll find an enclosed garden with outdoor furniture and convenient off-road parking for 1 small car.
Anglesey’s Trearddur Bay sits close to the most westerly point of Anglesey, on another tiny island known as Holy Island. Easily accessed by road, this charming coastal community has been a hotspot for holidaymakers for decades, thanks to its beautiful beaches with their sandy shallows. The surrounding area is known for being a watersports mecca, with many scuba diving sites and the surf town of Rhosneigr just a short drive away.
In Trearddur Bay itself, there are several things to see and do. The Anglesey Coast Path is (quite literally) on your doorstep. Turn right and you’ll head towards Porth Dafarch and South Stack Lighthouse, while the opposite direction will take you to the small community of Rhoscolyn, where the coastline is home to dramatic arches in the rock and a quaint NCI Station. Holyhead Golf Club is also nearby, while The Stores deli and restaurant should be the first stop for anyone seeking delicious food and drink.
