House

Mere miles from the bustling beachfront town of Rhosneigr, the Plas Llechylched Estate offers endless idyll but with easy access to shops, restaurants, pubs and things to do. Gamekeepers is a perfectly-sized escape for 4, with two spacious bedrooms, a contemporary kitchen-diner, bathroom and a private garden with hot tub.

Ground floor

Kitchen diner
A spacious kitchen diner boasts everything you could need during your stay. There is a comfortable dining table for up to four, along with a microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and a show-stopping AGA range cooker that the designated chef will love. A washing machine and further storage are also available in the entrance hall.

Sitting Room
Just off the kitchen, you’ll find a cosy sitting room with a log-burner, TV and two comfy sofas. It’s the perfect space for debriefing after the day’s adventures or warming up by the fire after a dip in the sea.

Bedroom 1
With views out over the driveway and courtyard, bedroom one is a spacious king size bedroom with a wardrobe, TV and mirror.

Bedroom 2
Bedroom two is a cosy twin room. There is a chest of drawers for storage and views out over the driveway and estate grounds. (This room can be set up as a king room on request)

Bathroom
Compact and contemporary, a small bathroom features a walk-in shower, WC and basin.

Outside
A second sitting room leads to the outside, with patio doors and large windows giving it a great indoor-outdoor feel. In the private garden beyond, there is a patio with dining furniture and a hot tub with views of the stunning greenery that surrounds you. A small lawn area backs onto further estate grounds, ensuring privacy and somewhere secure for your four-legged friends to stretch their legs.

The Local Area
The Plas Llechylched Estate is situated in peaceful rural countryside on the eastern side of Anglesey. Easy to access, it is just moments from the A55, which is the main road connecting the island to the mainland and beyond. Nearby, the charming village of Bryngwran has a small community pub, called the Tafarn Yr Iowerth.
In the opposite direction, you’ll find Rhosneigr (4 miles or 11 minutes by car,) a popular resort town where watersports, cafe culture and some fantastic independent shops await. This is also the home of Anglesey Golf Club and Trac Môn, a waterfront racing track with incredible views out across Eryri.
Elsewhere on the island, you’ll find beautiful beaches, grand country homes, and historic town centres with great food and drink options. Thanks to Anglesey’s relatively small size, nothing is too far away.
