Wonderful house, perfect for larger groups, with a vast kitchen and two separate
living rooms, worked brilliantly for our family get together. Fantastic views of Criccieth
Castle from all the front facing rooms. Criccieth was great for getting to all the main sights
North Wales has to offer. We made very heavy use of the bakery and butcher at the end of
the road, and the beach for morning walks / swims!

This house was perfect for our family group. Lovely big kitchen table to seat us
all plus great views of the castle. All the bathrooms were clean and modern. The garden was
a great size for our children to play and the beach only a short walk away. The owner came
to meet us and also when we were leaving. Very friendly and helpful. This is a lovely house
with lots of interesting features. Highly recommended for families.

We all agree that Greystoke was the best UK rental we have had the pleasure to experience. Descriptive superlatives include: beautiful kitchen; fun spacious living areas; inspiring views; all required environmental functional requirements (food, drink, and shops)within perfect propinquity. Sincerely attentive interesting owner/ manager who made us feel welcome and responded quickly to any queries; and last but not least many thanks for the golf balls from the golfers in the group which was the coup de theatre !

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay - Greystoke is a stunning home and the welcome goodies were a lovely touch! I especially loved looking out to the castle in the evening with the moon over the sea. We had the best weather and went to various beaches across the Llyn each day. Would definitely book Greystoke again. Thank you
