The Local Area

Abersoch sits on the southern side of the Llyn Peninsula in North Wales and is also known as the ‘Welsh Riviera’ thanks to its beautiful beaches, unique microclimate and the glittering, high-end oceanfront homes. Once a quaint fishing village, Abersoch has retained much of its charm, with a relaxed, surf vibe and plenty of great places for food and drink.

There are plenty of things to do, including scenic walks along the Wales Coast Path, watersports at one of the nearby surf beaches, browsing the wealth of independent shops and keeping little ones entertained with go-karting, wakeboarding and more at nearby Glasfryn Parc.

Enjoy a more in-depth look at the village with our locals' guide to the area, or plan your big beach day with our best Abersoch beaches blog.

Please note: This property can also be booked for a larger group of 20 alongside The Barn (sleeps 8) and the Annexe (sleeps 3.)
