Eryri Walk Fest
3rd – 4th October 2026
Eryri Walk Fest returns to Betws-y-Coed from 3–4 October 2026 with a varied programme of guided walks and outdoor adventures across Eryri, including routes around Capel Curig and sections of the Snowdonia Slate Trail. Led by qualified and experienced volunteers, the festival offers opportunities to discover the area’s landscapes, wildlife, history, culture and geology, alongside activities such as forest bathing, navigation sessions and a talk from Ogwen Valley Mountain Rescue.
Ffear Fforest at Zipworld
8th October – 1st November 2026
The clowns are back for another year of fright nights. Experience the spine-chilling thrills of Ffear Fforest at Zip World, where the forest transforms into a haunting playground with night-time coaster rides through the trees, terrifying trails, and creepy surprises lurking around every corner.
Oktoberfest Conwy
9th – 11th October 2026
Held on Conwy’s Quay in a welcoming bierkeller-style marquee, Oktoberfest Conwy is set to be an enjoyable event of German beer, live music, traditional games and delicious hot food. There are four sessions to choose from, held over the weekend from Friday night to Sunday afternoon. Prost!
Pumpkin Fest at Manorafon Farm Park
From 10th October 2026
Manorafon Farm Park’s popular Pumpkin Fest event is back for both day and night sessions! During the day, explore the PYO pumpkin patch, the Pumpkin Village and Market, enjoy Halloween-themed activities, meet friendly animals and let children burn off energy in the park’s play areas. By night, discover a more atmospheric experience, with pumpkin picking beneath twinkling lights, spooky characters, live music, fire displays, a Halloween lights trail, street food, toasted marshmallows and cosy drinks at the Jolly Pumpkin Pub.
Halloween in Concert at Venue Cymru
27th October 2026
Halloween in Concert at Venue Cymru promises a fun, family-friendly evening of spooky favourites performed by a live band and talented cast. With impressive visuals, state-of-the-art production and plenty of singing and laughter, the show features hits including Monster Mash, The Time Warp, Highway to Hell, Bat Out of Hell and Thriller. Guests are encouraged to dress up, with a prize for the best costume, making it an entertaining Halloween night out for all ages.
Wales Whisky Festival, Llandudno
30th October – 1st November 2026
Sample hundreds of whiskies from more than 30 exhibitors, meet distillers and producers, and learn more through guided tastings and whisky discussions. Tickets include a limited-edition Glencairn glass, refreshments, snacks and access to complimentary Penderyn Distillery tours, while the wider festival programme features special bottlings, guest speakers, music and masterclasses.
