Thank you so much for letting us have Ty Bach over the weekend, honestly we’ve had the best time in Abersoch, we didn’t want to come home! Sulli has made some amazing memories and loves “the beach house” Thank you ever so much!

Sullivan and I have just returned from the most wonderful three-night stay at Ty Bach, Llanbedrog, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better weekend. From the moment we arrived on Friday afternoon, we were impressed. The bungalow is beautifully presented, immaculately clean, and instantly gives you that warm, home-from-home feeling. It’s tastefully decorated throughout, with beautiful artwork and a lovely selection of books that really add to its charm and character. The property has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable self-catering stay. It has Wi-Fi, Freeview TV, a fully equipped modern kitchen with plenty of crockery, utensils, pots and pans, a spacious fridge freezer, an additional under-counter fridge, and a dishwasher. Every little detail has been thought of. One of our favourite features was the large sliding doors that flood the living space with natural light while framing stunning views across the rolling countryside and out towards the beautiful turquoise sea. It really is a view you could sit and admire all day. Outside, there’s ample parking for at least three or four cars, a gated driveway, an outside tap, a lovely dining area, and a separate laundry space to the rear. The bungalow is also incredibly well insulated. Despite the adjoining bungalow being occupied by a large family during our stay, we never heard a sound from either side, which made for a wonderfully peaceful and relaxing break. The holiday park itself is equally well maintained, with immaculate gardens, plenty of open space, and a fantastic play area that’s perfect for younger children. The on-site café serves a lovely breakfast, and the reception staff were friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble. The location couldn’t be better. Within just five minutes, you can head one way to Pwllheli, where you’ll find all the supermarkets and shops you could need, or the other way to Abersoch, which is simply magical. With its turquoise waters, fantastic atmosphere, independent shops, delicious ice cream, traditional fish and chips, and an incredible local butcher selling what might just be the best burgers we’ve ever had, it genuinely feels like you’ve escaped abroad. Our long weekend has felt so much more than a staycation—it truly felt like a mini holiday. We will definitely be returning to either Ty Bach or Drws Nesa next door in the future. Thank you for providing such a beautiful, peaceful, and welcoming place to stay. We made some wonderful memories here, and Sullivan and I absolutely loved every minute. A very well-deserved 5 stars. We couldn’t recommend Ty Bach highly enough. Thank you for having us.
