A charming stone cottage, The Winery extends a quintessentially Welsh welcome. Lovingly restored and renovated by owners Alun and Michelle, the cottage sits in a quiet corner of Llanbadrig Holiday Park. Situated on Anglesey’s northern coast, the park is within easy reach of countless things to see and do, including Cemaes Bay.
House
The Winery promises a restful break in comfortable, contemporary and convenient settings. A relaxing pet-friendly holiday let on Anglesey, this two-bedroom cottage boasts plenty of parking space, a roaring log fire, a private hot tub and luxurious interiors throughout. It is also less than one mile away from a trio of breathtaking beaches and the entire Anglesey Coastal Path is on your doorstep - this is the place for relaxing weekend retreats by the sea.
Sitting Room
Enter into an inviting sitting room equipped with a Smart TV and log burner - sink into one of the sofas and admire original features such as the ancient oak lintel over the door into the kitchen, all while enjoying the wonderful warmth of the fire.
Kitchen Diner
A contemporary kitchen diner space is light, bright and airy thanks to a large skylight and French doors out onto your private patio area. The kitchen is readily equipped with everything you need including a dishwasher, gas oven and hob, fridge freezer and Nespresso coffee pod machine.
Bathroom
The bathroom sits off the living room downstairs and is a bit of a showstopper - a freestanding bath sits before an exposed stone wall and a spacious walk-in shower beckons from within its own recess. A WC and basin are complemented by contemporary decor and painted shiplap panelling.
Bedroom 1
Upstairs, the master bedroom boasts a kingsize bed, Smart TV, full-length mirror and a chest of drawers so that you can unpack.
Bedroom 2
Across the top of the stairs, you’ll find an airy twin room with Smart TV, shelving and storage space.
Spacious offroad parking for 2 cars leads to an enclosed patio with hot tub, outdoor seating and gas BBQ. Just be sure to glance up during any evening soaks to enjoy the unrivalled Anglesey night sky - there’s very little light pollution here so stargazing is a must.
The northern reaches of Anglesey are known for spellbinding natural beauty and fascinating history. Once a critical location for the island’s industry, the likes of Amlwch Port and Porth Wen Brickworks served as major players in the infrastructure, and are both short distances from The Winery.
If pulling on your boots and tramping the hillsides with your four-legged friend is on the agenda during your stay, you’ll be pleased to know that the beaches of Cemaes Bay (main beach,) Porth Padrig and Porth Llanlliana are all reachable within 1 mile. The Anglesey Coastal Path, which encircles the entire island, is also close by, and the Gladys Hotel is just five minutes on foot - The Bay View Restaurant & Bar is a great place to stop on your way back to the cottage.
Other local attractions and things to do include Bull Bay Golf Club, Parys Mountain, Cemlyn Nature Reserve and Cemaes Village.

Absolutely stunning cottage and has everything we needed as a couple with our dog. Lovely and quiet and close to the coastal trail where you could spend most of the day exploring. Ample parking and very tastefully done. Hot tub was easy to navigate and there are plenty of instructions around the house for appliances. The only thing I would say is the cottage (The Winery) wouldn't be suitable for anyone who has difficulties with stairs as both bedrooms are upstairs and bathroom is on the ground floor. Not a problem for us but did think I wouldn't recommend to my mum for that reason. We would 100% come back, we visited in February and still had an awesome time even with spouts of wind and rain/cold weather. Great for dog walks!

We had a lovely couple of days and felt the Winery cottage was a home away from home. Had everything we needed and even in Feb we got in the hot tub! Clean, good instructions and friendly host. Will be returning!

We had a lovely stay at The Winery. This place is so peaceful. We took a few really nice walks with our pup and kids around the Anglesey coastal path that was easily accessible from the cottage. Lots to explore, we could easily have stayed longer!

Beautifully refurbished little cottage. Lovely peaceful location, we enjoyed our short walks to the beach followed by a dip in the hot tub. Well equipped modern kitchen, comfy beds and a gorgeous bathroom, a fantastic base from which to explore the island.
