Job Summary:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and proactive Guest & Owner Experience Partner to support the daily operations of our growing holiday letting business. In this role, you’ll be a key point of contact for both property owners and guests, helping to ensure every stay runs smoothly and every owner feels supported. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining high standards across our properties, assisting with property management, and strengthening the relationships that underpin our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a friendly, reliable point of contact for both guests and property owners
- Coordinate with cleaners, contractors, and suppliers to maintain property quality
- Respond to guest and owner queries with professionalism, care, and attention to detail
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to improve internal processes and support business growth
- Monitor guest feedback and assist in implementing improvements to elevate the guest experience
- Support onboarding of new properties, ensuring everything is set up to our standards
- Help uphold brand standards across all communications and touchpoints
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Technically minded with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Self-sufficient and able to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Documents.
- Experience using Property Management Systems (PMS) is desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
