Job Title: Guest & Owner Experience Partner

Salary: £24,000

Holiday: 33 days, including bank holidays + your Birthday
Location: Menai Bridge, North Wales (Hybrid working is a possibility)

Job Summary:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and proactive Guest & Owner Experience Partner to support the daily operations of our growing holiday letting business. In this role, you’ll be a key point of contact for both property owners and guests, helping to ensure every stay runs smoothly and every owner feels supported. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining high standards across our properties, assisting with property management, and strengthening the relationships that underpin our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a friendly, reliable point of contact for both guests and property owners
  • Coordinate with cleaners, contractors, and suppliers to maintain property quality
  • Respond to guest and owner queries with professionalism, care, and attention to detail
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager to improve internal processes and support business growth
  • Monitor guest feedback and assist in implementing improvements to elevate the guest experience
  • Support onboarding of new properties, ensuring everything is set up to our standards
  • Help uphold brand standards across all communications and touchpoints

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technically minded with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Self-sufficient and able to work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Documents.
  • Experience using Property Management Systems (PMS) is desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
