We’ll be your point of contact during your stay, whenever you need us.

While we very much hope you won’t need to use our emergency concierge during your stay, we also want you to have complete peace of mind that we will be your point of assistance should you need it. From putting you in touch with local vets or arranging a callout from a mechanic, we have a directory of local service providers who can help you. We can also be on hand to connect you with the relevant authority should you run into trouble on the coastal path or while in the mountains.

From toothaches to emergency fillings, dental issues can dampen any holiday. We can make appointments with local experts to get the smile back on your face as quickly as possible.

Vets

Whether you need to top up your pet’s medication or need an emergency appointment, we’re connected with local vets to keep your furry friends happy and healthy.

Doctors

Your health is vital, especially while on holiday. We can arrange online consultations or emergency appointments to ensure that you’re back to feeling your best.

Garages

While car problems can be frustrating, we’re on hand to quickly connect you with expert garages and mechanics.

Upon booking, you’ll be given a WhatsApp numbeer that you can use to communicate with us.

What should I do if I need help in the mountains or at sea?

It’s important to know what to do in the event of an emergency on the beach, at sea or in the mountains:
In the mountains – dial 999, ask for Police and then Mountain Rescue
At a lake – dial 999 and ask for the Fire and Rescue Services
At sea – dial 999 and ask for the Coastguard
On the beach – dial 999 and ask for the Coastguard
