Hidden away from view, the gardens are a magical space for both children and adults to explore. Featuring a gentle stream winding through the grounds, charming little bridges, and even a miniature castle, creating an enchanting setting for outdoor play, family picnics, or simply relaxing in nature.
Inside, the house is bright, spacious, and full of character, designed to make the most of the incredible scenery. Large bay windows frame the ever-changing estuary views and fill the living spaces with natural light throughout the day. A large, light-filled space with multiple seating areas positioned to take full advantage of the panoramic sea views. Bay windows frame the landscape, while comfortable sofas, a dining area, and a feature fireplace make this a welcoming hub for both relaxing and entertaining.

A characterful retro-style kitchen with a 1950s feel, fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Includes a breakfast bar and seating area, with a large window overlooking the gardens and out towards the sea.

Spacious room with a king-size bed and additional single bed, offering flexible sleeping. Features a basin, ample storage, and a bay window with sea views.

Outside
Extensive, beautifully maintained gardens stretch down to the water’s edge, where the Afon Cefni meets the sea. To the west, the village of Aberffraw is known for its sweeping estuary and access to Ynys Cwyfan, a small tidal island with a picturesque chapel that can be reached on foot at low tide. For more lively coastal spots, Rhosneigr is just a short drive away, offering beaches, watersports, and a great selection of places to eat and drink.
