Ty Haf

Nestled right in the centre of the ever bustling Rhosneigr, just seconds from the sand, Ty Haf is one of those homes where everything feels easy. Coastal walks, morning coffees, fish and chips on the beach – it’s all on your doorstep.

Inside, the house is bright, spacious, and designed for relaxed beachside living. The sociable layout makes it ideal for groups, with plenty of room to gather, dine and unwind after a day in the sea air.

Upstairs and down, five beautifully styled bedrooms offer flexible sleeping for families and groups, with a mix of doubles, a king, a twin and a single.

Ground Floor

Sitting Room

A spacious, south-facing living room where the light shifts beautifully throughout the day. There’s plenty of comfortable seating, a log burner for those cooler evenings and patio doors that open straight onto the sunny terrace. A really cosy space for relaxing after a day by the coast. There’s a Smart TV for quieter nights, but with glimpses of the sea just beyond, you may find yourself watching the view instead.

Kitchen/ Sun Room

A bright, sociable space that naturally becomes the heart of the home. Combining a modern kitchen with a dining area and conservatory-style seating. Features include two ovens, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle, along with a large dining table and corner sofa. With all the glass, light pours in from all angles, creating a warm, inviting atmosphere whatever the weather.

Utility room

Practical space for sandy shoes and beach gear.

Shower room

Accessed via the utility room, with shower, WC, basin, plus washing machine and tumble dryer.
