The Coach House is another lovely holiday property that forms part of the home farm courtyard on the Plas Newydd estate. In days of yore, it would have been the quarters of the estate’s grooms. Plas Newydd has many great walking trails through its woods and parkland, with great views over the Menai Strait. The Coach House is perfect for families, wildlife lovers, walkers and groups of friends
House
Once at the heart of Plas Newydd's main working farm, the old Coach House has been thoughtfully converted into a wonderful holiday home on the first floor, above the old cart lodges. The elegant courtyard offers tranquillity and a great sense of history, but it’s just a short drive from the bustle of Menai Bridge and stunning sandy beaches.
Reached via stairs from ground level, a very attractive and open-plan kitchen/diner/sittingroom with vaulted ceilings showcasing all the old beams. The kitchen has been well kitted-out with a range cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine. There are comfortable sofas and armchairs, a family dining table and a smart TV.

Superking zip and link bed, offering the option of one large bed or two twin singles.
Bedroom 2 - En-suite
Another superking zip and link bedroom with an en-suite shower room and WC.
Bedroom 3
A bunk room that is ideal for children, but two adults can just about squeeze in here; just one would be better.
First Floor

Being on the first floor, the Coach House does not have its own garden, but there is a large communal garden in the courtyard, with picnic benches for each cottage. For dogs, there is a special enclosed play area.The Local Area
The Coach House is a great base for exploring Anglesey and the rest of North Wales. With the Anglesey coastal footpath on the doorstep and all the many wonderful trails around the estate, there’s plenty to offer nature lovers and wildlife watchers. Nearby is the Marquess of Anglesey's column and visitor centre where visitors can learn more about the history of the family that owned Plas Newydd. Across the bridge, it’s a short drive to Zip World to experience Europe's longest and fastest zip wire.Facilities
