To the front of the property there is a lawned garden, whilst the enclosed rear garden offers a secure outdoor space for children to play or for enjoying a morning coffee and summer evenings after a day exploring the coastline. The property boasts a private driveway providing off-road parking for up to 2 cars. Any more and there is a free public carpark opposite.

The Local Area

Just a few minutes' walk from the centre of Moelfre, Siw Yr Môr is perfectly placed to enjoy one of Anglesey's most picturesque coastal villages. Wander down to the working lifeboat station, browse independent shops, stop for an ice cream at Hufen Iâ Ynys Môn (Anglesey Ice Cream), or enjoy a meal at Ann’s Pantry before taking in the spectacular views across the bay with a drink at The Kinmel Arms.

The Anglesey Coast Path passes nearby, with rewarding walks towards Lligwy Beach, the secluded shoreline at Traeth Dulas, and the island's rich maritime history, including the famous Royal Charter memorial.

A short drive brings you to Benllech and Red Wharf Bay, where you'll find wide sandy beaches, waterside restaurants and beautiful coastal scenery stretching towards Snowdonia.
