House

Just beyond the historic streets of Beaumaris, Rodney Cottage is a thoughtfully restored home where period charm sits comfortably alongside modern living. Original fireplaces and traditional features have been carefully retained, while bright, beautifully styled interiors create a relaxed space that's equally suited to family holidays and weekends away with friends.
Life here naturally revolves around spending time together. Throw open the doors to the courtyard on warm days, fire up the barbecue, sink into the hot tub beneath the stars, or gather around the log burner after windswept walks along the coast. With Penmon, Llanddona Beach and the Menai Strait all close by, Rodney Cottage makes an excellent base for discovering this peaceful corner of Anglesey.

The Local Area

Rodney Cottage enjoys an enviable position between the picturesque town of Beaumaris and the unspoilt coastline around Penmon, placing some of Anglesey's most treasured landscapes within easy reach.
Spend the day wandering the medieval streets of Beaumaris, home to independent boutiques, welcoming cafés, excellent restaurants and the impressive Beaumaris Castle. Stroll along the Victorian pier, explore the shores of the Menai Strait or simply watch boats drift across the water.
A little further along the coast lies Penmon, where you'll find the historic Priory, the famous Dovecote, St Seiriol's Well and the iconic Penmon Lighthouse (Trwyn Du), all connected by spectacular coastal walks with views towards Puffin Island and Snowdonia.
For beach lovers, the expansive sands of Llanddona are just a short drive away, while Red Wharf Bay and Benllech offer waterside restaurants, scenic walks and family-friendly beaches to explore throughout your stay.
