Hiraethog is a spectacular holiday home on Anglesey that’s right beside the iconic Menai Bridge and directly on the bank of the dazzling Menai Strait. It offers amazing views of the Swellies, which is the stretch of the strait between the two bridges to the island.

House

Standing beside the famous Menai Suspension Bridge and with mesmerising views out over the Menai Strait, Hiraethog has one of the most extraordinary settings of any holiday home in this part of Wales. Dolphins are regularly sighted right in front of the house and yet the busy little town of Menai Bridge has plenty of shops, bars and restaurants.

There is off-road parking for two small/medium size cars or one large car. Just 20 yards away there is further on road parking for up to four cars on a first come first serve basis.

The Local Area

Menai Bridge is one of the main towns on Anglesey, with plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. There are some lovely little local shops to potter around in, as well as Dylan's Deli offering wonderful freshly-baked bread. Guests wanting to explore the Menai Strait from the water can stroll down to Rib Ride which provides exhilarating high-speed boat rides. A short drive down the coast is the Victorian seaside town of Beaumaris with its brightly painted houses and magnificent pier and castle. And across the Menai Bridge, Snowdonia beckons.
