House

Bron Y Gadair retains much of its original charm and elegance, featuring period details such as exposed wooden beams, traditional fireplaces and spacious, inviting rooms. Nestled at the end of a tree-lined drive, the property is surrounded by farmland with stunning views stretching all the way to Snowdonia and the coast. A perfect blend of history, comfort, and natural beauty, the farmhouse offers both a tranquil retreat and a base for adventure and exploration across the best of North Wales.

A warm and inviting open-plan living space, designed for comfort and togetherness. A large dining table sits at the heart of the room, perfect for family meals and lively conversations. Comfortable sofas are arranged around a charming log burner.

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to cater for a group. It features two ovens, a modern hob, a large fridge freezer, a microwave, pod coffee machine and dishwasher.

Off the kitchen is a cosy sitting room, with a log burner surrounded by sofas.

Outside there’s a large teak table, complete with an umbrella and comfortable chairs, creating the perfect setting for alfresco dining. Fire up the BBQ and savour meals outdoors, surrounded by the tranquil beauty of nature. The fenced garden offers a secure space where children can play safely. There is ample parking available for several cars.


The Local Area


Straight from the house guests can follow a rugged footpath leading through fields and Ystumllyn marsh, ending up on the coastal path between Criccieth and Blackrock beache, a challenging but rewarding walk for the adventurous.
With easy access to Criccieth, Porthmadog, local beaches, and mountainous walks in Snowdonia, Bron Y Gadair offers a prime location from which to explore the region.
Portmerion, a charming Italianate village, is just a short drive from the house. For those looking for something a little more adrenaline-filled, Zip World offers a huge array of activities from underground trampolines to Europe's fastest zip wire.
