Once a grand country residence and now beautifully reimagined by FERAL, Bron Menai is a place to slow down, reconnect and make the most of time together. Whether you're gathering friends for a special celebration, hosting a retreat, planning a multi-generational family holiday or simply escaping the pace of everyday life, this remarkable house offers space to breathe and room for everyone.
Inside, original character sits comfortably alongside contemporary design, with soaring ceilings, Victorian floor tiles and thoughtfully curated interiors throughout. At the heart of the house, generous social spaces invite long conversations, shared meals and cosy evenings by the fire, while the dedicated wellness facilities create opportunities to properly switch off.
Just a short drive from Newborough Beach, Llanddwyn Island and some of Anglesey's most spectacular coastline, Bron Menai is perfectly placed for days spent exploring before returning home to unwind in the sauna, take a refreshing plunge or gather around the table with your favourite people.
Ground floor
Kitchen
On the ground floor, the kitchen sits at the heart of the action. A huge space with floor-to-ceiling bay windows and patio doors, the room features a relaxing seating area with three sofas, a log burner and a cosy window seat perfect for tackling that to-be-read list. Along with a huge island that can seat 6 at a time, the kitchen area features a dishwasher, oven, hob, wine cooler, small fridge and glorious mountain views.
Utility Room
At the far end of the ground floor, a convenient utility space is equipped with essentials such as a washing machine and American fridge-freezer.
Boot Room
A large room to kick off your boots and jump into your slippers before you enter the kitchen space. Also perfect if you're still in your wetsuits after a dip in the sea!
Dining Room
The dining room has a large wooden dining table big enough for everyone to gather at with a woodburning stove to keep you and your guests warm into the evening.
Sitting Room
Boasting a gloriously comfortable L-shaped sofa, the sitting room features a log burner, original artworks, statement furniture pieces and stunning mountain views. There’s also a Smart TV for movie nights and lazy mornings.
First floor
Master
On the first floor, a show-stopping master bedroom boasts a super king-size bed (which can be separated on demand) with a freestanding rolltop bathtub that beckons after a blustery beach walk. An ensuite bathroom also features a loo, a shower and a basin.
Between rooms, the wide hallway space has been transformed into a convenient dressing station, with illuminated vanity mirrors, power sockets and stools.
Bedroom 2
Bedroom two also boasts a zip and link king-size bed, with a convenient hanging rail for clothes and beautiful views of the grounds from a charming box sash window. A contemporary ensuite features a shower, a loo and a basin.
Bedroom 3
In bedroom three, you’ll find a comfortable zip and link kingsize bed and a large window that looks out across glorious countryside - the leather armchair below provides a stunning spot for some quiet contemplation. Again, a private bathroom in the form of a stylish ensuite provides a shower, loo and basin.
Bedroom 4
Bedroom four is equipped with a comfortable king-size bed (can be separated on request) with an ensuite bathroom featuring a shower, a loo and a basin. Dual aspect sash windows look out over the rolling fields and mountains of North Wales.
Bedroom 5
Bedroom five is another beautifully decorated bedroom with a zip and link kingsize bed, convenient clothing rail and a private ensuite bathroom with loo, shower and basin available just along the hallway.
Second floor
Bedroom 6
To the left at the top of the stairs on the second floor, a super king-size bedroom is accessed via a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate loo and a basin.
Bedroom 7 / 8
The rest of the top floor is a charming space with a private double bedroom, a single bed tucked into a cosy corner and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, loo and basin.
Wellness Suite
The basement is home to Bron Menai's dedicated wellness facilities, designed to help guests slow down and recharge. Here you'll find a peaceful meditation room, which also lends itself perfectly to yoga and breathwork sessions, alongside a treatment room complete with an ergonomic massage bed.
The hot and cold therapy area features a sauna and cold plunge bath, then step out into the courtyard to find your very own hot tub and outdoor shower, creating the perfect setting for restorative mornings or relaxed evenings beneath the stars.
Outside & Surrounding Area
Bron Menai enjoys a peaceful countryside setting close to Anglesey's southern coastline, providing an ideal base for exploring some of the island's most loved destinations. Future plans for the estate include additional outdoor wellness and garden spaces, continuing the property's evolution as a destination centred around wellbeing and connection.
Just four miles away lies Newborough Beach and Forest, one of Wales' most celebrated natural landscapes. Spend your days exploring forest trails, walking the vast sandy shoreline or discovering the iconic Llanddwyn Island. Nearby, the National Trust's Plas Newydd offers beautiful grounds and views across the Menai Strait, while the bustling town of Menai Bridge is home to independent shops, excellent restaurants and the famous RibRide adventures.
