With spacious gardens and magnificent views across the Dwyryd estuary to Snowdonia beyond, Bro Gwylan is a fabulous holiday home in the heart of the delightful seaside village of Borth y Gest. With three spacious bedrooms and stunning views from nearly every window, it is a perfect holiday home for a gathering of family of friends.

Bro Gwylan is a spacious house overlooking Borth y Gest village with terrific sea views. This charming seaside village is one of North Wales’s best kept secrets and is a great base from which to explore Snowdonia and the Llyn peninsula.
Kitchen/Living room
A well equipped kitchen with a rayburn, double oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine and coffee maker. In the middle of the room is a dining table looking out through patio doors across the garden to the estuary beyond. In front of the patio doors is a sofa, with a smart TV and log burning stove.

The gardens wrap around the house, with a small firepit area and ample off road parking for 3+ cars. From the front of the house there is a small pathway leading down to the coast.
Borth y Gest is a charming coastal village located on the Llyn Peninsula in North Wales, near the historic town of Porthmadog.
