Achipur is a spacious house in the attractive seaside village of Borth y Gest. With its elevated position, it boasts magnificent views across the Dwyryd Estuary and Snowdonia beyond. The house is within easy walking distance of the village centre.

House

Achipur is a spacious four-bedroom holiday home in the charming seaside village of Borth y Gest on the Llyn Peninsula. It has fantastic sea views and is very comfortable and well-equipped.


Ground Floor


Kitchen
A large kitchen with a double electric oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave and plenty of cooking equipment. There is a breakfast table, a wood-burning stove and a wall-mounted TV.

Sitting Room
The sitting room has three comfortable sofas, a wall-mounted smart TV and an electric fireplace. The bay window enjoys wonderful views of the Dwyryd estuary, and over towards the Welsh Highland Railway line.

Dining Room
A large oak dining table comfortably seats eight guests, while a reading nook beyond features two armchairs before an expansive bifold door, looking out across the pretty garden with ocean and mountain views - a perfect spot in all seasons.

Shower Room
Off the kitchen is a large walk-in shower room along with a basin and WC.

Outside


At the front of the house is an enclosed lawned area, overlooking the Dwyryd estuary. There is a small gate to access the path down to the coast. At the rear of the house, there is an outdoor dining set positioned in a sun trap for the afternoon and evening warmth. There is off-road parking for two cars with additional on-road parking just a short walk away

Borth y Gest is a charming coastal village located on the Llyn Peninsula in North Wales, near the historic town of Porthmadog. Its tranquil bay, lined with colourful cottages and stunning views across the estuary to the Snowdonia mountains, offers a peaceful escape for holidaymakers. The surrounding area is perfect for those who love outdoor activities, with scenic coastal walks leading to quiet coves and beaches like Samson’s Bay and Black Rock Sands. Just a short drive away is the spectacular Snowdonia National Park, ideal for hiking, climbing, and exploring nature. Visitors can also enjoy local attractions such as the nearby Italianate village of Portmeirion, the Ffestiniog & Welsh Highland Railway, and the castles of Criccieth and Harlech, making Borth y Gest a perfect base for discovering the beauty and history of North Wales.
