You’re already wondering which beach is best for dog walks, if there’s a local restaurant that serves vegan food nearby and whether you can keep the kids entertained for an entire weekend without the use of an iPad. It’s a lot.
That’s where we come in. As well as our extensive portfolio of beautiful North Wales holiday cottages, we know a thing or two about what there is to see, eat, drink and do nearby. We know it inside out, in fact, because we’re born and bred North Walians with a love for all things local. From destination insights to luxurious add-ons, our concierge service is designed to elevate your stay.
How does the concierge service work?
With our exclusive North Wales concierge service, we aim to give you the best break possible via three different solutions. Here’s how:
- The Bespoke Itinerary. We can help you plan a programme for the duration of your stay, offering advice on things you might like to see or do or extra services that you might need.
- The Matchmaker. Don’t want an itemised agenda? We can introduce you to the people and providers in the local area, or simply make some recommendations for you to choose from.
- The DIY Database. For all the type-A trip planners out there, we can still save you some of the research and legwork by providing access to our database of (only the very best) service providers, places to see, things to do, and places to eat.

They organised a fantastic chef to come in one evening and cook fresh sea-food! They also organised a private Pilates session one morning for us all which was fantastic. We even had a company come and drop paddle boards off for us to use on the Sunday morning! All round an absolute fantastic experience, nothing was ever too much trouble and it makes such a difference having people on the end of the phone to talk things through. No! That’s the best part – our concierge service is included as a complimentary extra with all bookings. We’ll do the legwork, you’ll just pay for any experiences, rentals or services you enjoy.
Our concierge team is available during office hours, Monday to Friday. Outside of those hours, you can browse our handy online database of things to do, places to eat and spots to visit throughout the region. Upon booking, you’ll be given a WhatsApp number for any urgent enquiries or emergencies during your stay.
North Wales lends itself to some seriously sublime produce, which is why private chef bookings, cookery classes and carefully curated hampers are always in demand.
Watersports and wellness come a close second, as North Wales is also home to some phenomenal beaches and crystalline waters. Surfing, yoga, massage, wild swimming – you name it, it’s on offer. If you ask your coasteering provider nicely, they’ll take you to some of North Wales’ hidden gems.
