Moelfre is steeped in maritime history, from the Royal Charter disaster of 1859 to the heroic rescue of the HV Hindlea crew a century later. Visitors can explore the working lifeboat station and RNLI Seawatch Centre, stroll the coastal path past memorial sculptures and monuments, or simply relax and enjoy the stunning sea views stretching towards Snowdonia.

With a pub, café, restaurant, village store, gift shops and a traditional fish and chip shop, Moelfre offers everything needed for an easy, memorable coastal stay. Beautiful beaches, hidden coves and dramatic scenery make this area a joy to visit in any season.
