Rhosneigr is a haven for watersports lovers, but there’s also golf, scenic walking and cycling routes nearby—perfect for keeping groups of all ages entertained.
The house is well-equipped and thoughtfully laid out to make group stays comfortable and relaxed, whether you’re celebrating a special occasion, catching up with friends, or enjoying a multi-generational holiday. A variety of attractions and eateries are within easy reach, and it's an excellent base for exploring Anglesey or venturing into Snowdonia.

Ground floor


Kitchen
A spacious kitchen, with a huge island sea views stretching down Rhosneigr Beach. The kitchen has an electric oven with integrated microwave oven and a 5 hob induction cooker. Dishwasher, nespresso vertuo machine as well as a Delonghi coffee machine, large fridge and freezer. At one end of the kitchen island is a breakfast bar with 6 bar stools as well as a lovely window seat to lounge in and enjoy the sea views and bask in the afternoon sun.

Utility Room
Sink, Washer/dryer, iron and ironing board.

Hall way
An impressive hallway welcoming you as you enter the house, with the stairs leading up to an open landing.

Sitting Room/Dining Room
Partially combined, with an open doorway between the two rooms. In the sitting room is a large corner sofa perfect to enjoy some quiet time watching a film on the large smart TV. Through the large open doorway, is a huge dining table for up to 14 people, with french doors leading out to the garden.

Shower Room
A ground floor shower/wet room, with WC, basin and shower, opposite the side door. Perfect for washing off your sandy toes after a morning walk on the beach.

Study
A small study room, with its own desk and chair overlooking the garden. A perfect spot for anyone needing a quiet space to catch up with some work whilst away.


First Floor


Bedroom 1
A light and bright super king ensuite bedroom, with wonderful sea views. The ensuite has a shower, loo and basin.

Bedroom 2
The second bedroom is has a king size bed in it, with views across Rhosneigr onto the beach.

Family Bathroom
A spacious family bathroom with a large freestanding bath, shower, double sink and loo.

Bedroom 3 & 4
There are two bedrooms both of which have double bunk beds, where there is a full size double bed on the bottom, and a single 3ft bed on top. These rooms are great for two adults with a child or three children.


Second Floor


Bedroom 5
A wonderfully spacious ensuite bedroom, with a king size bed, dressing table and juliet balcony. The bathroom has a shower over the bath, loo and basin, along with ample wardrobe space.

Bedroom 6
The final bedroom is a compact king size ensuite room, with a juliet balcony looking out over Rhosneigr beach. The bathroom has a large walk in shower, loo and basin.


Outside


At the back of the house is a small sheltered lawned area, perfect for soaking in the afternoon sun, with a large outdoor table for alfresco dining. The driveway has parking for 2-3 cars.

It’s a haven for watersports enthusiasts, with opportunities for surfing, paddleboarding, kitesurfing, and sailing. The village also offers independent shops, cosy cafés, and great places to eat and drink. Beyond the beach, visitors can enjoy nearby golf courses, scenic walking and cycling routes, and attractions across Anglesey — from historic sites to nature reserves. Rhosneigr is the perfect base for both relaxation and adventure.
