When entering the apartment, the ground floor has a large utility/boot room, with a washing machine. Perfect for taking off your boots after a walk on the Anglesey coastal footpath, before heading up the stairs to the living room.


First Floor


Living Room
The living room is a bright and open lying space, with a large L shaped sofa with sea views. The kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, kettle, fridge and freezer – everything you need to prepare delicious meals at home. The dining table sits under the window providing a spectacular sea view whilst eating with the french doors leading out onto the balcony.

The bright bathroom features a full-size bath with an electric shower over, along with a loo and basin.

From the living space the French doors lead out onto the balcony, where you can enjoy wonderful sea and countryside views from the ratan outdoor furniture and BBQ. There is also offroad parking for 2 cars.

Enjoy scenic walks along the Anglesey Coastal Path, taking in stunning sea views and wildlife, or unwind on nearby beaches like Traeth Lligwy and Traeth Bychan—ideal for swimming, sunbathing, and watersports. Explore local history at the RNLI Lifeboat Station, the Seawatch Centre, and ancient sites such as Din Lligwy and the Lligwy Burial Chamber. For nature lovers, a walk up Mynydd Bodafon offers panoramic views across the island. Moelfre also hosts the popular annual Lifeboat Day in August, a fun-filled event for all ages. After a day of adventure, head back for a drink at The Kinmel Arms and a pizza fro Y Dec or a bite to eat at Ann’s Pantry serving local seafood and Welsh fare.
